What you will do

• Design and implement AI-driven tools to enhance engineering workflows, including code generation and intelligent testing.
• Build intelligent automation into the SDLC through integrations with CI/CD systems, IDEs, and developer platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their impact across the organization.
• Advocate for best practices in AI-assisted development and provide enablement resources for internal teams.
• Mentor engineers on AI usage, software architecture, and automation techniques to elevate team capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of backend development experience using C# or Java.
• Strong experience building developer-facing tools or internal platforms.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into software engineering tasks.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, cloud-native environments, and developer infrastructure.
