What you will do

• Own the architecture and evolution of shared AI components, libraries, and platform capabilities.
• Design and build CI/CD patterns, deployment pipelines, and observability tooling for agentic systems.
• Lead the adoption of AI tooling, including coding assistants and agentic development workflows.
• Manage the full SDLC from requirements shaping and solution design through deployment and iteration.
• Articulate technical vision to stakeholders and mentor engineers to foster a high-performance environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with deep proficiency in backend or full-stack languages.
• Strong AWS experience (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch) and production-grade cloud-native architecture design.
• Proven track record in SaaS architecture and building developer platforms or delivery systems.
• Expert-level understanding of agentic system design (orchestration, memory, retrieval, evaluation).
• Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) and LLM APIs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering production, client-facing agentic solutions end-to-end.
