What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience, including LLMs, deterministic workflows, and orchestration layers.
• Optimize RAG and knowledge architectures to ensure AI responses are grounded in enterprise data.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, and feedback loops to measure business impact.
• Support pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
• Develop reusable technical assets and provide coaching to Solution Consultants and partners.
• Provide strategic technical feedback to Product Management and Engineering based on field insights.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions for customer experience or contact center use cases.
• Expertise in integrating AI with enterprise platforms, RESTful APIs, and cloud ecosystems.
• Strong ability to define AI evaluation strategies, success metrics, and monitoring approaches.
• Proven executive communication skills with the ability to influence CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in pre-sales or technical solutioning roles.
• Practical experience with prompt design and AI workflow optimization within broader system architectures.
