What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade agentic systems that leverage LLMs for reasoning and multi-step workflow orchestration.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support real-time AI inference and tool execution.
• Architect AI infrastructure on AWS to handle growing inference demands and production reliability requirements.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines, including embeddings and vector search strategies.
• Establish engineering standards for AI systems, covering reliability, safety, observability, and prompt management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver AI-powered features.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building applications that integrate agentic systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, OpenSearch).
• Proven track record of shipping and operating reliable, observable production systems.
