What you will do

• Own the architecture and evolution of shared AI components, libraries, and platform capabilities.
• Design and build CI/CD patterns, deployment pipelines, and observability tooling for agentic systems.
• Lead AI tooling adoption, including coding assistants and evaluation frameworks.
• Manage the full SDLC from requirements shaping to deployment and monitoring.
• Articulate technical vision and mentor engineers to foster a high-performance environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong AWS proficiency (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
• Deep understanding of SaaS architecture and production-grade cloud-native systems.
• Proven experience building developer platforms and deployment automation.
• Expert-level knowledge of agentic system design (orchestration, tool use, memory, retrieval).
• Hands-on experience with production agentic tooling (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LLM APIs, vector databases).
