What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of the Funding Department to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff to meet revenue and forecasting targets.
• Maintain internal controls over the funded sales pipeline and monitor third-party submissions.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve inter-departmental operations.
• Respond to escalated issues from customers, sales staff, and insurance providers.
• Collaborate with the Director of Funding to develop new initiatives for sales growth.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in funding authorization or supervision.
• Proven management or leadership experience.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel as required.
