What you will do

  • Partner with the CEO to shape multi-year organizational strategy and translate it into a disciplined operating reality.
  • Lead and integrate multi-functional teams including People Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT.
  • Drive the organization's AI strategy to automate internal workflows and scale impact without proportionally increasing headcount.
  • Establish a rigorous operating rhythm, including OKR alignment, resource allocation, and accountability frameworks.
  • Manage enterprise risk and compliance while supporting Board reporting and engagement.
  • Coach functional leaders to build high-performing teams and develop leadership benches.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of multidisciplinary executive experience in strategic leadership.
  • Background in scaling technology organizations (at least 100+ employees).
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Recent, hands-on experience deploying AI and automation in an operational context.
  • Proven ability to balance mission-driven social impact with disciplined business operations.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills for Board-level interactions.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading AI-forward operating functions.
  • Background in nonprofit, safety-net, or hybrid revenue models.
  • Prior exposure to the healthcare ecosystem.
