What you will do
- Partner with the CEO to shape multi-year organizational strategy and translate it into a disciplined operating reality.
- Lead and integrate multi-functional teams including People Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT.
- Drive the organization's AI strategy to automate internal workflows and scale impact without proportionally increasing headcount.
- Establish a rigorous operating rhythm, including OKR alignment, resource allocation, and accountability frameworks.
- Manage enterprise risk and compliance while supporting Board reporting and engagement.
- Coach functional leaders to build high-performing teams and develop leadership benches.
Requirements
- 10+ years of multidisciplinary executive experience in strategic leadership.
- Background in scaling technology organizations (at least 100+ employees).
- Must be based in the USA.
- Recent, hands-on experience deploying AI and automation in an operational context.
- Proven ability to balance mission-driven social impact with disciplined business operations.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for Board-level interactions.

- Experience leading AI-forward operating functions.
- Background in nonprofit, safety-net, or hybrid revenue models.
- Prior exposure to the healthcare ecosystem.
