What you will do
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Client Success Managers, providing mentorship and talent development.
- Manage portfolio health and drive enterprise-wide standardization of client success processes and routines.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop revenue strategies, including retention, expansion, and new market penetration.
- Oversee M&A integration initiatives to consolidate client success functions across acquired companies.
- Ensure service quality and compliance while managing complex escalations at the enterprise client level.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success Management.
- Proven ability to lead organizations serving large portfolios (1,000+ clients) and teams of 15-20 members.
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and client success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with enterprise-level contract negotiations (MSAs, SOWs).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience with private equity or venture capital-backed organizations.
- Expertise in international client success operations and cultural adaptation.
- Background in digital transformation leadership for client-facing functions.
