What you will do

• Create and maintain work orders for mobile units, engineering services, and equipment rentals.
• Manage event documentation and production folders to ensure accessibility for operational teams.
• Monitor and communicate missing documentation such as bid sheets and quotes.
• Generate reports on opportunities, clients, and schedules for internal and external audiences.
• Support data entry and report generation within Salesforce.
• Assist in the creation of client proposals and bid documents.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Broadcast Production preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in administrative, sales support, or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and data management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with ScheduAll, Xytech, or SAGE systems.
• Background in broadcast production, live events, or sports broadcasting.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and operational reporting tools.
