What you will do
- Own the client relationship end-to-end from onboarding through ongoing program delivery and renewal.
- Monitor engagement performance and develop strategies to improve program outcomes and client ROI.
- Drive program execution by coordinating with project management, configuration, and business analyst teams.
- Advocate for client needs internally across departments to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain client management systems including Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira.
- Present platform capabilities and product updates to clients aligned with their specific goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- 3+ years of direct account management experience with primary accountability for client relationships.
- Background in healthcare (health plan or hospital system), insurance, or financial services, particularly in compliance, risk, or governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, and/or Jira.
Nice to have
- Prior experience implementing marketing or engagement solutions across multiple channels.
