What you will do

• Hunt for new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct merchant meetings and product demonstrations for payment terminals and software.
• Close deals and grow the assigned territory through effective pipeline management.
• Upsell and cross-sell hardware, software, and professional services to existing clients.
• Analyze merchant acquiring statements to position and create competitive offers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure alignment with company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside/field sales with a track record of hitting and beating targets.
• Native or fluent Portuguese and professional English proficiency.
• Valid work authorization in Portugal.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
