What you will do
- Lead, coach, and expand a team of sales representatives focused on acquiring affiliate partners.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for increasing market share and total revenue in Portugal.
- Collaborate with the Head of Southern Europe and CRO to plan and execute regional sales strategies.
- Develop a professional network within the legal and investment management industries.
- Work cross-functionally with product, IT, compliance, and marketing to maximize business conversion.
- Act as a subject matter expert for existing services and upcoming digital products.
Requirements
- Native level Portuguese and fluency in English required.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and recruiting new talent.
- Experience in developing propositions and commercializing affiliate partnerships in the financial services or software space.
- Must be based in the Lisbon or Porto area with the ability to travel to the Algarve.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies to collaborate with product and development teams.
- Consistent ability to close high-value opportunities and exceed financial targets.
Nice to have
- Sales management experience in the FX or technology space.
- Previous experience within the international payments ecosystem.
- Knowledge of international real estate, wealth management, and foreign investment in Portugal.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
