What you will do

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for complex enterprise products with high autonomy.
• Define and validate customer opportunities through user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis.
• Leverage AI and modern product management tools to accelerate discovery and optimize product experiences.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to build world-class technology in an agile CI/CD environment.
• Prioritize backlogs and drive product adoption through go-to-market strategies, webinars, and documentation.
• Collaborate with research and design to solve complex technical and business challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager building SaaS products.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience delivering martech solutions in industries like eCommerce, retail, travel, or finance.
• Proven ability to build complex features with significant upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting strategic value to senior leadership.
