What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in defining, building, and launching products from ideation to market.
• Develop product strategies aligned with hirify.global's vision and articulate business value to engineering teams.
• Manage and prioritize product items, generating and curating new ideas based on market needs.
• Continuously monitor market requirements, competition, customer feedback, and emerging technologies.
• Define and analyze metrics to assess product performance, customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, ideally in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Product Development.
• Exceptional decision-making, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to assimilate customer requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
