Senior Product Manager (AI, SaaS)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Turkey; the posting lists Istanbul, Turkiye.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, business value, and the why, when, and what of products developed by engineering.
• Lead cross-functional teams from product ideation through launch and coordinate release activities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and curate new product ideas.
• Research market needs, competition, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Define and analyze product and feature metrics, customer satisfaction, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time-bounded schedules.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Strong decision-making, communication, problem-solving, organization, and ownership skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications and manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluent English and the ability to work remotely from Turkey are required.

Nice to have

• B.S. degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior programming or design experience.
