Salary: €55,800–€88,300 EUR

What you will do

• Evolve log analytics capabilities in alignment with company strategy.
• Influence the end-to-end lifecycle of log collection, ingestion, and management.
• Integrate GenAI and Agentic workflows into the logging experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Design to deliver high-quality monitoring experiences.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy and feature adoption.
• Analyze user feedback and engagement to drive product evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
• Technical expertise in log analytics and observability domains.
• Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in Portugal.
