Revenue Operations Intern (SaaS): Supporting the outbound motion and go-to-market data integrity for a fast-growing food sustainability scale-up with an accent on CRM hygiene, prospect list building, and process optimization. Focus on improving workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam, Netherlands (minimum 3 days in-office required)

• Build high-quality, targeted prospect lists to support Business Development and pipeline growth.
• Document and streamline GTM processes including lead flow and team handovers.
• Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot through deduplication and fixing broken properties.
• Support KPI tracking and reporting for pipeline, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tool adoption and process rollouts.

Требования

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and data cleaning.
• Strong interest in Revenue Operations, Sales, and automation.
• Must be available for a minimum of 4 months.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving.
