What you will do
- Analyse business processes and translate needs into well-defined technology requirements.
- Create structured documentation including business requirements, features, and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered products are fit for purpose.
- Collaborate on the product roadmap and participate in PI planning within the SAFe framework.
- Maintain product knowledge and documentation, including user guides and technical decisions.
Requirements
- Citizen of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway.
- English proficiency at C1 level and another EU language at B2 level.
- University degree (minimum 3 years of study).
- Minimum of two years of experience in IT business analysis, including requirements structuring and user stories.
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels.
- Must be able to relocate to Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with SAFe agile methodology.
- Experience in system analysis within the pharma or regulatory sector.
- Understanding of data modelling, transformation, and MDM systems.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
