What you will do

• Analyse business processes and translate needs into well-defined technology requirements.
• Create structured documentation including business requirements, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered products are fit for purpose.
• Collaborate on the product roadmap and participate in PI planning within the SAFe framework.
• Maintain product knowledge and documentation, including user guides and technical decisions.

Requirements

• Citizen of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway.
• English proficiency at C1 level and another EU language at B2 level.
• University degree (minimum 3 years of study).
• Minimum of two years of experience in IT business analysis, including requirements structuring and user stories.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels.
• Must be able to relocate to Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with SAFe agile methodology.
• Experience in system analysis within the pharma or regulatory sector.
• Understanding of data modelling, transformation, and MDM systems.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
