What you will do

• Work on client transformation projects as an engineer consultant.
• Deliver project assignments such as data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, and interviews.
• Support workshops and facilitate workshop animation.
• Create process maps and functional specifications.
• Take on team support roles as quickly as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange via workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize options into conclusions.
• Languages: Dutch and English.
• Prepared for temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, Belgium, or Luxembourg).
• Unable to provide a work permit for this position.
