Intern Business Analyst (Beauty)

What you will do

• Conduct analyses combining internal and external data, including sell-in, sell-out, pricing, promotion, and financial KPIs.
• Support the evaluation of promotional schemes and ROI per brand, customer, or pack type.
• Share analysis, insights, and best practices with local markets across Europe.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives.
• Participate in special RGM or transformation projects, such as tool harmonization and standardization.

Requirements

• Currently studying in the field of Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical mindset capable of spotting trends in complex data and translating them into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
