What you will do

• Lead client implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze client needs and configure the platform to create functional, tailored solutions.
• Train client staff at all levels to ensure effective system adoption.
• Serve as the primary technical expert to identify and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect and channel client feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Create client-specific documentation for all configurations.

Requirements

• Business-level fluency in English.
• Must be based in Porto, Portugal, or Manchester/London, UK.
• Strong background in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or facilities/maintenance management.
• Proven B2B SaaS experience in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role.
• Availability for regular international travel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to map complex requirements to software solutions.

• Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS) or CRM platforms.
