Salary: €35,000–€45,000 per year.

What you will do
- Lead client implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze client needs and configure the platform to create functional, tailored solutions.
- Train client staff at all levels to ensure effective system adoption.
- Serve as the primary technical expert to identify and resolve issues during implementation.
- Collect and channel client feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Create client-specific documentation for all configurations.
Requirements
- Business-level fluency in English.
- Must be based in Porto, Portugal, or Manchester/London, UK.
- Strong background in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or facilities/maintenance management.
- Proven B2B SaaS experience in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role.
- Availability for regular international travel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to map complex requirements to software solutions.
