What you will do

  • Engage with customers across EMEA to accelerate value realization and ensure business outcomes are met.
  • Manage a complex portfolio of global businesses, ensuring high-level adoption of hirify.global solutions.
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings to measure progress, business impact, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Customer Success Plans to drive retention and growth.
  • Forecast revenue risk and proactively address customer needs across different regional markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful customer outcomes and expand the hirify.global footprint.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Strong English proficiency (C1+) required for internal and international communication.
  • Proven track record of driving client adoption, retention, and growth in a SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining C-level relationships and facilitating executive advisory boards.
  • Ability to work in the Staines office 2x/week and travel 20-30% across EMEA.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with treasury domain expertise considered a plus.
