What you will do
- Engage with customers across EMEA to accelerate value realization and ensure business outcomes are met.
- Manage a complex portfolio of global businesses, ensuring high-level adoption of solutions.
- Facilitate executive-level meetings to measure progress, business impact, and strategic alignment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Customer Success Plans to drive retention and growth.
- Forecast revenue risk and proactively address customer needs across different regional markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful customer outcomes and expand the footprint.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Strong English proficiency (C1+) required for internal and international communication.
- Proven track record of driving client adoption, retention, and growth in a SaaS environment.
- Expertise in building and maintaining C-level relationships and facilitating executive advisory boards.
- Ability to work in the Staines office 2x/week and travel 20-30% across EMEA.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with treasury domain expertise considered a plus.
