Senior Manager, People Engagement: Own end-to-end global people operations programs across onboarding, offboarding, learning, and employee support with an accent on Workday HCM/Workday Learning, Deel operations, and Right to Work compliance. What you will do
- Own global onboarding and offboarding operations, including Right to Work, background checks, IT coordination, and Deel operations for international hires/contractors.
- Manage pre-hire and former employee inquiries and design a “White Glove” onboarding experience for Executive Leadership.
- Own separation document generation and ensure state-specific compliance (separation letters, COEs).
- Define and track lifecycle KPIs (onboarding satisfaction, RTW completion, training, benefits enrollment, equity acknowledgment) and partner with People Systems to optimize support operations.
- Govern employee knowledge and learning programs, including security training rollouts in Workday Learning and vendor-managed learning content.
- Build and govern AI agents and automations for people operations, including ticket triage/routing (AskPeople Pal) and operational workflow automations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, including 3+ years in a senior lead or people manager capacity overseeing global programs.
- High proficiency with Workday HCM; hands-on experience with Workday Learning and Deel.
- Strong understanding of global Right to Work standards and background check processes, including experience managing internal data audits.
- Demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and govern AI agents and automations to modernize and scale people operations.
- Proven track record leading offboarding/separation operations with attention to compliance and employee experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment across HR, IT, Legal, and business teams.
