What you will do

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of engagements driving adoption of Google Cloud services like GKE, BigQuery, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and scope service offerings.
• Plan and execute project roadmaps to accelerate the cloud adoption journey for large enterprises.
• Proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and advance projects through effective communication.
• Integrate change management activities into overall project plans to ensure adoption and proficiency.
• Create and run measurement systems to track project progress and identify performance gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM
• Customer-facing experience managing IT technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in Cloud Professional Services or comparable IT consulting.
• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills with a rigorous approach to project management.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and mentor others on process improvement.
• Comfortable with being on video in meetings internally and with clients.
