TL;DR

Implementations Manager (Fintech): Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors onto the platform with an accent on project coordination, plan design, and stakeholder communication. Focus on ensuring successful plan transitions, collaborating cross-functionally to meet service level agreements, and providing subject matter expertise during the implementation lifecycle.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the New York, NY, Austin, TX, King of Prussia, PA, or Scottsdale, AZ office (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 + performance-based bonus

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary internal client advocate for plan sponsors and advisor contacts.
  • Manage all aspects of the onboarding process from point of sale through successful transition.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors, recordkeepers, and third-party administrators to determine timelines and action items.
  • Communicate overall project status to both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the team delivers against expected service level agreements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Retirement 401(k) onboarding implementations and project management.
  • Professional experience using operational tools like Jira, Zendesk, or Asana.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning and iterating rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale office.
  • Willingness to learn retirement plan design and conversion processes.

Nice to have

  • General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements.
  • Experience with compliance or recordkeeping systems like SunGard Relius, ASC, or FIS.
  • Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or higher ASPPA credential.
  • PMP or similar project management certifications.
