Project Manager, Product Strategy (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at the NY Wall Street office, 44 Wall Street, New York City, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.

What you will do

• Define and draft business requirements with project sponsors.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, testing plans, and other project artifacts.
• Lead communication cadences and report project status to stakeholders.
• Act as the escalation point and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
• Partner with teams to complete deliverables, including pre-launch testing.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management, product development, or business analysis within financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, escalate issues promptly, and work accurately under pressure.
• Collaborative leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Formal project management experience in product development.
• PMP or other project management certification.
• Client service or relationship management experience.
• Understanding of trade lifecycles and supporting systems.
• Mandarin fluency.
