Role overview

This role owns the performance of our provider network - the core supply engine of the business. You will manage existing providers while continuously sourcing and onboarding new ones to ensure stable, high-quality lead flow. Your success is measured by the quality, volume, and consistency of what providers deliver, and how it impacts revenue.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the full provider lifecycle - from sourcing and onboarding to performance management and accountability
  • Monitor provider performance across lead quality, volume, conversion rates, and refunds
  • Identify and act on quality issues and delivery drops before they impact revenue
  • Push providers to improve output and marketplace fit, not just maintain current performance
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new providers to ensure continuous supply growth
  • Reduce dependency on individual providers by expanding and diversifying the network
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align provider output with client demand and business needs

✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • 2+ years of experience managing vendors, affiliates, partners, or external performance-based relationships
  • Proven ability to hold partners accountable to quality and delivery standards
  • Experience sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding external partners
  • Strong data-driven mindset - comfortable making decisions based on performance metrics
  • High level of organization - able to manage 50+ relationships without losing control
  • Strong written and verbal English - used daily for communication with providers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear ownership

➕ Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in real estate, lead generation, or marketplace businesses
  • Familiarity with performance-based payouts or revenue share models
  • Background in affiliate management or supply-side operations
  • Experience building or scaling vendor/provider operations
