What you will do

• Support end-to-end evaluation and execution of M&A and commercial partnership opportunities.
• Build strategic cases, financial models, and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to assess market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop expertise across traditional and alternative asset management and wealth management.
• Prepare strategy, performance, and competitive positioning materials for divisional leadership, the Executive Office, and the Board.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance.
• Approximately 3 years of experience, preferably in investment banking or equity research.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise conclusions.
• Background or strong interest in the asset and wealth management industry.
• Ability to work onsite in New York, NY, United States.

Nice to have

• Financial Institutions Group experience.
• Experience with Morningstar, Preqin, FactSet, Visible Alpha, or other market data providers.
