What you will do

• Identify sales skill gaps through field observation and performance analysis.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for onboarding and continuous professional development.
• Orchestrate flagship sales events like Sales Kick-Off and Back to School for 100+ professionals.
• Build scalable training assets and content in partnership with internal experts and leadership.
• Experiment with innovative formats including AI and gamification to maximize sales adoption.
• Manage change and enablement initiatives as the organization scales across new countries and products.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function or sales role.
• Full working proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Full working proficiency in French, Spanish, or Dutch.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid business acumen and KPI-driven mindset.
• Genuine passion for coaching and helping others succeed.
