Salary: $192,600 – $280,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Early Cancer Detection (ECD) portfolio, aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Lead products across the full lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research with clinicians, health systems, payers, and partners.
• Develop robust business cases, including revenue forecasts, unit economics, ROI, and NPV analyses.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, establishing product management best practices and metrics.
• Partner with R&D, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or strategy within diagnostics, biotechnology, medical devices, or health technology.
• Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing product managers.
• Demonstrated experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including successful product launches.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, or MBA) strongly preferred.
• Experience developing regulated clinical products and working with clinical trials and regulatory pathways.
