Project Finance Manager

What you will do

• Oversee regional project budgets, revenue recognition, billing, and backlog forecasting for clinical trials.
• Partner with project management and functional leadership to provide financial oversight and budget control.
• Collaborate with FP&A and billing teams to analyze project profitability and drive actionable insights.
• Assist in the development of a company-wide backlog roll forward process.
• Harmonize global project finance processes and drive improvements within the Workday ERP system.
• Support month-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience managing accounting or finance functions in a medium or large organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders outside of direct management.
• B.S./B.A. in accounting or finance preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously.
