What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee benefit administration for non-PEO and PEO clients.
  • Process enrollments, terminations, and qualifying status changes within HRIS systems like UKG and Worklio.
  • Provide open enrollment support, including conducting meetings and explaining benefit options to employees.
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex client and partner benefit issues.
  • Maintain accurate benefit plan deductions and coordinate with payroll departments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular touchpoints and on-site visits.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be available to work fully on-site in Greenville, SC.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Active Life & Health license or ability to obtain one within 180 days.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS platforms.

Nice to have

  • PEO experience.
  • CEBS designation.
  • Experience with Prism or similar HRIS systems.
