What you will do

• Deliver professional development to teachers, coaches, and district leaders on effective program implementation.
• Provide tailored in-classroom support, including lesson planning, pacing, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with site leaders to develop and revise annual professional development plans.
• Monitor and evaluate program implementation to ensure integrity and success.
• Serve as a thought leader and representative of the company mission within school districts.
• Travel up to 80% within the designated territory to support educators and attend meetings.

Requirements

• Must live within 30 miles of Reading, Pennsylvania or be willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching or coaching Mathematics.
• Strong working knowledge of Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (Grades K–8).
• Comfortable applying data to instruction and using digital assessment tools.
• Valid driver's license required for travel.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays.
