What you will do
- Lead national team staffing, development, and leadership activities aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Perform market analysis including resource needs, P&L, and employee development.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between Service, Operations, and Sales to improve customer outcomes.
- Define and track KPIs to ensure Service Department goals are met.
- Lead new market development and strategic planning of processes and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or 8+ years of experience in a similar capacity in the medical device industry.
- Previous field service experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven success in strategically growing new and existing revenue streams.
- Strong track record of managing territories and developing team members.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into executable plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and Business Intelligence tools.
