Salary: $128,590 – $180,783

What you will do

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and tangential technologies.
• Guide clients on Agile, QA, and governance for multi-app platform implementations.
• Support design, development, and testing activities across multiple client projects.
• Oversee architecture design, platform scalability, and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Mentor and train delivery teams on best practices and platform design.
• Create documentation and knowledge base articles for internal enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions and related IT experience.
• Active Appian Lead Certification.
• US Citizenship required.
• Expertise in Agile methodology, RDBMS, and web services/middleware.
• Strong communication and strategic foresight skills.
• Willingness to travel (0-15%) to Washington, DC for client meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI/UX design and Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP).
• Background in DevSecOps, configuration management, or AI/ML.
