What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Appian BPM solutions, including process models, business logic, and UI screens.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to prototype solutions and validate user story acceptance criteria.
• Develop SQL queries, manage data models, and implement database best practices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and technical problem resolution.
• Partner with DevOps teams to support reliable releases and maintain system security.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction for complex systems.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Proven experience in Appian software development.
• Current Appian Associate or Senior Developer certification.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of web development and design languages.
