What you will do

• Architect and build practical AI assistants to automate complex data retrieval and internal business tasks.
• Design multi-agent workflows using orchestration engines like n8n, Temporal, or LangGraph.
• Develop performant microservices in Python, TypeScript, or Go to handle enterprise data and API integrations.
• Build secure frontend dashboards for Human-in-the-Loop approval processes using React, Vue, or Svelte.
• Create and optimize RAG pipelines connecting internal data sources to vector databases.
• Define integration patterns to ensure modular scalability of agentic solutions across business units.

Requirements

• Deep experience in modern backend development with Python (TypeScript or Go highly desirable).
• Proven hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools, specifically n8n.
• Experience with vector databases like Milvus, Qdrant, or Pinecone.
• Comfortable working within containerized environments using Linux and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic or EMEA region.
