TL;DR

AI Solution Consultant (AI/Python): Designing and implementing production-grade AI agents for enterprise customers with an accent on RAG, API integrations, and agentic workflows. Focus on architecting scalable automation solutions, optimizing LLM prompts, and ensuring reliability through robust evaluation and guardrails.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, United States (3 days in office). Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end post-sales implementations from discovery and design to UAT and launch.
• Build and integrate production AI agents with customer systems via REST/GraphQL, webhooks, and events.
• Configure agent workflows, prompts, tools, and RAG, establishing reliability and safety guardrails.
• Develop lightweight Python automations and custom connectors to meet integration needs.
• Enable and train customers through workshops, onboarding, and co-development sessions.
• Collaborate with Product teams to channel customer insights and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions, Professional, or Implementation roles, preferably in Enterprise environments.
• Strong Python skills and expertise in API integration (REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, RAG, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Ability to translate complex business needs into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (AWS/GCP/Azure), Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Valid US work authorization without need for sponsorship.

• Experience responding to RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Ability to create technical solution diagrams.
• Experience contributing to SOW and LOE documents.
