What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and engagement for a portfolio of complex customer implementations.
• Define AI Search requirements and create detailed project plans in collaboration with Professional Services teams.
• Drive project governance by managing milestones, dependencies, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, leading execution alongside Solutions Architects and Engineering.
• Provide structured communication on project health, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
• Coordinate structured post-go-live transitions to Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Owners.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, England.
• 5+ years of customer-facing Technical Engagement Management experience in a SaaS or agency environment.
• 4+ years of working knowledge of search, data, and AI technologies.
• Experience applying project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong organizational discipline.

Nice to have

• Project Management or Agile Certification (PMP, SAFe, Six Sigma).
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Professional fluency in French, Italian, or German.
