What you will do
- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and engagement for a portfolio of complex customer implementations.
- Define AI Search requirements and create detailed project plans in collaboration with Professional Services teams.
- Drive project governance by managing milestones, dependencies, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, leading execution alongside Solutions Architects and Engineering.
- Provide structured communication on project health, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
- Coordinate structured post-go-live transitions to Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Owners.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, England.
- 5+ years of customer-facing Technical Engagement Management experience in a SaaS or agency environment.
- 4+ years of working knowledge of search, data, and AI technologies.
- Experience applying project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong organizational discipline.
Nice to have
- Project Management or Agile Certification (PMP, SAFe, Six Sigma).
- Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Professional fluency in French, Italian, or German.
