What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Partner with sales teams to own services portions of deals, including RFP responses and SOW generation.
• Drive services-only sales cycles to conclusion while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with the Resourcing Management Office to align staff with project requirements.
• Provide strategic updates to senior management and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Mentor and coach direct reports to support their professional growth and career development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 5+ years of experience in a software, SaaS, or consulting company with specific background in Cyber Security or Identity.
• 3+ years of project management experience including planning, budget, and stakeholder management.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ability to scope services projects for enterprise software in collaboration with sales and customers.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
