What you will do

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify revenue drivers, performance trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Operationalize sales plays based on market opportunities and funnel insights.
  • Design and implement standardized forecasting processes and reporting rhythms.
  • Analyze seller performance to improve pipeline management, conversion, and retention.
  • Translate business goals into measurable frontline KPIs in collaboration with Finance and Analytics.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, GTM strategy, business operations, or finance.
  • Proven experience supporting B2B sales organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Experience using AI tools for forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the United States.
