TL;DR

Senior Partnerships Manager (Crypto): Identifying and managing strategic relationships across the cryptocurrency ecosystem to expand product offerings with an accent on contract negotiations and cross-functional integration. Focus on building partnerships with exchanges, custodians, and blockchain protocols to drive the company's crypto roadmap and deliver new capabilities to customers.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $179,000–$210,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across exchanges, custodians, and blockchain protocols.
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure alignment with commercial, legal, and regulatory goals.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate new partners into the crypto roadmap.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner onboarding and integration.
  • Maintain existing partner relationships to track performance and identify operational improvements.
  • Analyze industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy.
  • Proven experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
  • Strong understanding of crypto markets and key ecosystem participants.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach to evaluating opportunities and managing multiple projects.
  • Must be based in New York, NY and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
