Salary: $7,622.83 - $11,886.67 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Develop and implement ORCA’s strategic roadmap, expanding into new faculties, buildings, and service models.
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, facilities readiness, technology infrastructure, and partner relationships.
- Develop and continuously improve ORCA policies, SOPs, operating protocols, and incident response processes.
- Manage end-to-end room development projects (space scoping, equipment specification, network/security setup, commissioning).
- Lead budget planning and administer ORCA’s funding and cost recovery model, including reporting to partner units.
- Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate ORCA staff; deliver training for proctors and operational teams.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum five years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Ability to manage complex, unionized environments and interpret/apply collective agreements.
- Strong policy interpretation and application skills, including handling ambiguous guidance within institutional and departmental procedures.
- Strong organizational and operational management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
