Salary: $80,168.40 - $80,837.14

What you will do
- Lead the development of concept notes, grant proposals, and budgets in coordination with program, finance, and HQ teams.
- Assess funding opportunities, maintain the proposal calendar, and coordinate go/no-go decision processes with senior management.
- Manage post-award activities, including contract negotiations, compliance monitoring, and the preparation of donor reports.
- Supervise and mentor a Grants Administrator to ensure professional growth and balanced workload.
- Implement and improve process management tools to track opportunity pipelines and award status.
- Coordinate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager to ensure data supports required reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in non-profit business development, grant writing, or grant management.
- Demonstrated success in proposal development and securing awards.
- Experience managing, coaching, and training staff.
- Must be based in or able to work in Washington or Montana (USA).
- Excellence in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with web-based database platforms.
Nice to have
- Formal grant writing certification or professional course.
- Certification in project management or fundraising.
- Familiarity with the non-profit environment in Washington or Montana.
- Lived experience as a refugee or immigrant.
