What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of event programs across the Americas (e.g., CES, PAX, Summer Game Fest, TwitchCon) from concept through wrap.
• Source, negotiate, and manage venues, vendors, and production partners; ensure SOWs, deliverables, and costs align with approved budgets.
• Own event budgets end-to-end, including expense tracking, vendor payment processing, internal payment requests, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally (marketing, product, design, sales, global) and manage event documentation, inventory, storage, and logistics.
• Run attendee operations (registration, badging, and travel coordination) for staff, partners, and guests.
• Use AI-enabled tools and event platforms to improve planning, execution, and post-event analysis; define success against OKRs and deliver reporting.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive event management experience, ideally including large-scale trade shows, brand activations, or consumer-facing experiential programs.
• Proven ownership of event budgets at meaningful scale with a track record of delivering on time and on budget.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events and competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, including drafting and managing SOWs and contracts.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills to build timelines, anticipate risk, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require, and to travel.

Nice to have

• Direct experience executing at major gaming or entertainment events (CES, PAX, Summer Game Fest, TwitchCon, Comic-Con, or similar).
• Experience with event management platforms and AI-enabled tools for planning, registration, and post-event analytics.
• Background working with consumer brands where design quality, brand consistency, and community engagement are core to the event experience.
• Experience coordinating esports activations, influencer/creator programs, or talent integrations at events.
