What you will do

• Provide end-to-end contract interpretation support for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advise project management teams on sophisticated contract terms and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed analyses of key terms and comparisons against standard agreements.
• Develop and maintain templates and standard operating procedures for contracting processes.
• Collaborate with legal and project teams to support continuous improvement of standard form agreements.
• Monitor and report on metrics related to contracting processes.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent significant experience in contract or project management.
• Minimum of 3 years of contract management experience, specifically with project-related work.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and explain complex contractual terms to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily to North American sites with occasional international travel.
