Location: Must be based in East Syracuse, NY or Quincy, MA
Salary: $101,600 - $158,500

What you will do
- Negotiate complex contract terms and conditions with domestic, international, and government customers.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from capture and proposal development to execution and close-out.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and ITAR export controls.
- Perform contractual risk analyses and present mitigation strategies and business ramifications to management.
- Lead the contracts team and drive the implementation of organizational visions and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer leadership to align contractual terms with business objectives.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business (13+ years exp) or MBA/JD (11+ years exp).
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial and defense contracts with government and international customers.
- Expertise in FAR, DFARS, and ITAR regulations and procedures.
- Deep knowledge of contractual risk areas including liability, intellectual property, and international law.
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CCM, CFCM, or CPCM.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and cybersecurity regulations.
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP.
