Salary: $101,600 - $158,500

What you will do

• Negotiate complex contract terms and conditions with domestic, international, and government customers.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from capture and proposal development to execution and close-out.
• Ensure full compliance with government regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and ITAR export controls.
• Perform contractual risk analyses and present mitigation strategies and business ramifications to management.
• Lead the contracts team and drive the implementation of organizational visions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer leadership to align contractual terms with business objectives.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business (13+ years exp) or MBA/JD (11+ years exp).
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial and defense contracts with government and international customers.
• Expertise in FAR, DFARS, and ITAR regulations and procedures.
• Deep knowledge of contractual risk areas including liability, intellectual property, and international law.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CCM, CFCM, or CPCM.
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and cybersecurity regulations.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP.
