Salary: $138,600 – $177,100

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including domestic and international product and services agreements, vendor/dealer, and strategic relationship agreements.
• Provide legal advice regarding intellectual property issues, data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to interpret contracts and resolve legal and business concerns associated with commercial transactions.
• Execute and maintain business and contractor licenses, ensuring compliance and tracking renewals.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of internal governance policies and authorities.
• Provide legal support to purchasing, sales, and finance departments on matters such as subcontractor disputes and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more states.
• 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment focusing on commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property, data protection, and privacy laws.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
• Must be based in the USA.
