What you will do
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and market research.
- Assess prospective client needs to determine alignment with service offerings and delivery capabilities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by demonstrating responsiveness and professionalism.
- Execute strategic sales plans to retain existing business and expand share of wallet within client accounts.
- Collaborate across internal teams to leverage expertise and deliver optimal client outcomes.
- Navigate complex organizational environments to build credibility and support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of solution sales experience within professional services or management consulting.
- 7+ years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Public Accounting.
- Proven experience in prospecting to open doors and secure meetings.
- Strong ability to influence and build trust with internal and external executives.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- CPA certification.
- Internal audit experience.
