What you will do

• Lead end-to-end proposal management for multiple concurrent federal efforts.
• Translate win strategies into clear, compliant, and high-quality proposal volumes.
• Develop and manage schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Drive storyboards, color team reviews, and solution sessions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including SMEs, writers, graphics, and subcontractors.
• Direct proposal production and ensure final delivery meets strict deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of federal proposal management experience in IT/technical domains.
• Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies.
• Proven experience with IDIQs, GWACs, and large-scale pursuits.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically expert-level MS Word.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and align diverse teams toward a common goal.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) proposals.
