What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership and VHA stakeholders, providing mission-focused support.
• Plan and execute enterprise-level healthcare transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects, rapidly establishing structure, scope, and execution plans.
• Coordinate across VHA program offices and field operations to align goals and drive decisions.
• Apply industrial and healthcare systems engineering principles to design safe and efficient solutions.
• Produce high-quality, executive-ready deliverables and briefings to inform senior leadership decisions.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare transformation, or federal health programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Strong program and project management capability leading complex, multi-stakeholder efforts.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior government leaders.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience supporting Veterans Health Administration (VHA) or federal healthcare initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prosci, Lean, or Human-Centered Design.
